When scrolling through social media we always get very happy when we find people that do creative things with different foods and ingredients. Gerbrand from Eindhoven a.k.a. @foodboozeandbbq is that kind of man. He doesn’t just go for the biggest burger on Instagram, he really knows how to create new combinations and interesting dishes. When he got his hands on our hot sauces he again did not dissappoint.

Great combi, great flavors! This is the pork roast on a bagel, just simple, lettuche, cherry tomato and a young cheese. To spice things up i used the immune booster, (gin tonic jalepeno) hot sauce by @raijmakersheetmakers . on top of the pork is the gin tonic pickled unions and a little smoked pepper. Very awesome!
